Choosing
Owner: one per workspace, the billing contact. Transferable.
Admin: trusted operators who manage accounts and people. Give this sparingly; it includes billing.
Member: the default for anyone doing outreach. Full campaign and inbox access, no account or billing control.
Viewer: managers, stakeholders, and clients. The useful property is that a Viewer cannot accidentally send anything.
Notes
Roles are per workspace. Someone can be an Admin in one and a Viewer in another, which is how agencies give clients visibility into their own workspace only.
Removing a member does not remove their work. Campaigns they built and conversations they handled stay, and anything assigned to them becomes unassigned rather than hidden.
