Choosing

Owner: one per workspace, the billing contact. Transferable.

Admin: trusted operators who manage accounts and people. Give this sparingly; it includes billing.

Member: the default for anyone doing outreach. Full campaign and inbox access, no account or billing control.

Viewer: managers, stakeholders, and clients. The useful property is that a Viewer cannot accidentally send anything.

Notes

Roles are per workspace. Someone can be an Admin in one and a Viewer in another, which is how agencies give clients visibility into their own workspace only.

Removing a member does not remove their work. Campaigns they built and conversations they handled stay, and anything assigned to them becomes unassigned rather than hidden.

Common questions

Who can manage billing in Doreach?
Owners and Admins. Members and Viewers cannot see or change billing, add connected accounts, or manage team membership.
Is there a read-only role in Doreach?
Yes. Viewer sees campaigns, conversations and analytics but cannot send messages, edit campaigns, or change anything. It is the right role for a manager or a client who needs visibility without the risk of an accidental send.
