If you already have a list, you do not need to rebuild it inside Doreach.
The file
One column is required: LinkedIn profile URL. Everything else is optional but useful, because any column you include becomes available as a personalization variable.
| Column | Required | Used for |
|---|---|---|
linkedin_url | Yes | Identifying the prospect |
first_name | No | {{first_name}} |
last_name | No | {{last_name}} |
company | No | {{headline}} |
role | No | {{headline}} |
| Anything else | No | A custom variable of the same name |
Save as UTF-8 CSV. Profile URLs should look like https://www.linkedin.com/in/some-person.
Importing
- Open Campaigns → New campaign and choose CSV import, or import into Prospects directly to use the list later.
- Upload the file.
- Map your columns to Doreach fields. The mapping screen shows a preview of the first few rows so you can confirm nothing is shifted.
- Review the import summary before confirming.
What the summary tells you
- Ready to import: valid rows that are new to your workspace
- Duplicates: already present, skipped automatically
- Invalid: missing or malformed profile URLs, with the row numbers
Deduplication is by profile URL across the whole workspace, not just the file. Importing a list that overlaps an earlier one will not put anyone into two campaigns.
After importing
Imported prospects behave exactly like ones sourced from a search, and are worked within the sending account’s weekly limits.
If your CSV came from a scraper, spot-check a few profile URLs before launching. Stale or wrong URLs push your acceptance rate down, which is the number that actually matters for account safety.
