How to structure your teams

Choose who shares outreach accounts in Doreach, who works in a separate team, and how each setup affects access and billing.

Doreach lets you choose who shares outreach accounts and who works alone. Your sales reps can share one team and all the outreach accounts connected to it. A manager can join a separate team with each rep. Each rep can also create a team and work alone.

The same number of connected LinkedIn accounts costs the same in all three setups. Doreach charges for account seats, not teams or team members.

Choose who should share the work

Every active member can see the team’s connected LinkedIn accounts, campaigns, prospects, conversations and analytics. Members can work together from the same accounts and shared inbox.

Roles control what each member can change. They do not hide one member’s prospects or conversations from another member in the same team. Create separate teams when people should not see the same work.

One shared team

Use one team when your sales reps should share outreach accounts and help with the same pipeline.

  1. Create the team.
  2. Connect the LinkedIn accounts the team will use.
  3. Invite every person who should share the work.

The team gets one inbox for conversations from all its connected accounts. Members can also see the same campaigns, prospects and analytics. Use conversation assignments and lead owners to show who is handling each prospect.

An assignment is a label, not a privacy setting. Another member can still open the prospect or conversation. Assigning conversations and using internal notes helps a shared team avoid doing the same work twice.

One team per rep, with a manager

Use separate teams when each rep should have their own outreach account and pipeline, but a sales manager still needs access.

  1. Create a team for the first rep.
  2. Add the rep and the manager to that team.
  3. Connect the rep’s LinkedIn account.
  4. Repeat for the next rep.

The rep sees only the team they have joined. The manager can belong to every rep’s team and switch between them from the team switcher.

Adding the manager to five teams does not create five extra charges. Team members are free. The connected LinkedIn account in each team uses one paid account seat.

One person working alone

A rep can create their own team and invite nobody. They connect their LinkedIn account and manage their campaigns, prospects and replies alone.

The rep controls the team. Their manager and coworkers cannot see the work because they are not team members. The rep can invite a manager later if the company wants oversight.

Solo teams also work for contractors and GTM specialists who manage their own outreach without sharing access with the wider sales team.

One team per client

Agencies can create a separate team for each client. Add only the agency staff who work on that client, then invite the client as a Viewer if they need read-only access.

The client’s accounts, campaigns, prospects and conversations stay inside their team. Workspaces for agencies explains the agency setup in more detail.

Team structure does not change the seat cost

Doreach charges $45 per account seat each month. One account seat holds one connected LinkedIn account. Teams and team members do not add a fee.

SetupConnected accountsAccount seatsMonthly cost
One team with 5 reps and 5 accounts55$225
5 teams with one rep and one account in each55$225
5 teams with one rep in each and a manager in all 555$225

Adding members changes who can work from the accounts. Creating separate teams changes who can see the work. Neither action changes the number of account seats you need.

Each paid team has its own subscription, invoice and renewal date. Five teams with one account each still cost $225 per month, but the company receives five invoices instead of one.

Create a team

  1. Open the team switcher at the top of the sidebar.
  2. Choose Create team and enter a name.
  3. Connect the first LinkedIn account included with the team’s 7-day trial.
  4. If the team needs more than one account, open Settings → Billing, subscribe, and buy the required account seats before connecting the remaining accounts.
  5. Invite the people who should work in the team and choose a role for each person.
  6. Use the team switcher to move between teams.

When the trial ends, the team’s campaigns and connected accounts pause until an Owner or Admin subscribes. How per-account billing works explains trials, account seats and subscriptions.

Team creation limits

You can create two teams before subscribing. To create more, subscribe to one of the teams you already own.

Your allowance grows by one each time one of your teams starts a paid subscription:

  1. Create your first two teams.
  2. Subscribe to one team, then create a third.
  3. Subscribe to another team, then create a fourth.

An expired trial still uses a team slot. When you reach the limit, Doreach shows the unpaid teams that you can subscribe to before creating another.

What separate teams do not share

A manager must open separate teams one at a time. Doreach does not combine their inboxes, analytics or dashboards.

Each team also has its own subscription and invoice. A company with five separate teams has more billing and reporting work than a company with one shared team.

Choose one shared team when people should work from the same accounts. Create separate teams when a rep, contractor or client should only see their own work.

Common questions

Can several people share outreach accounts in Doreach?
Yes. Create one team, connect the LinkedIn accounts, and add everyone who should work from them. Each active member can see the team's connected accounts, campaigns, prospects, conversations and analytics. Roles control what a member can change, but they do not hide one member's work from another.
Can each sales rep have a separate team with their manager?
Yes. Create one team for each rep, then add the rep and the manager to that team. The rep cannot see the other reps' teams. The manager can switch between every team they belong to, and adding the manager does not add another charge.
Can a sales rep create a team and work alone?
Yes. The rep creates their own team, connects their LinkedIn account, and does not invite any members. Nobody else can see that team's campaigns, prospects or conversations unless the rep invites them later.
Does using separate teams cost more in Doreach?
The team structure does not change the seat cost. Doreach charges $45 per connected LinkedIn account each month. Five connected accounts need five account seats and cost $225 per month whether they sit in one shared team or five separate teams. Teams and team members do not add a fee.
How many teams can I create in Doreach?
You can create two teams before subscribing. After that, your allowance grows by one for every team you have subscribed to. Paying for one team lets you create a third, and paying for two lets you create a fourth. An expired trial does not free a team slot.
