Teams for agencies

Use a separate Doreach team for each client when their accounts, campaigns, prospects, conversations, and billing should stay separate.

Create a separate Doreach team for each client when their outreach data should stay apart. Add only the agency staff who work for that client. Each team keeps its connected accounts, campaigns, prospects, conversations, analytics, message templates, and billing separate.

Use one shared team instead when several clients or brands can share the same data and subscription. How to structure your teams explains both choices.

Keep each client’s work in its team

Doreach stores operational data inside one team. Members of another team cannot see it unless you invite them to the client’s team too.

Separate teams do not combine their Inbox, CRM, campaigns, analytics, or message templates. Doreach also does not check one team’s prospects or suppression list when another team builds a campaign. Review each client’s audience inside that client’s team.

Add agency staff to each client team

A person can belong to several teams. Invite them to every client team they should work in, then use the team switcher at the top of the sidebar to move between clients.

Choose Admin for someone who should manage team settings, members, message templates, and billing. Choose Member for someone who should run outreach without those controls. Invite people and choose roles gives the exact steps.

Doreach does not have a Viewer role. A Member can change campaigns and CRM records, reply in Inbox, and manage connected accounts. Do not invite a client who needs read-only access.

Set up a client team

  1. Open the team switcher at the top of the sidebar.
  2. Select Create team, enter the client’s name, and select Create team again.
  3. Connect the first LinkedIn account included with the team’s 7-day trial.
  4. Open Settings → Billing if the team needs more account seats or needs to continue after the trial.
  5. Open Settings → Team and invite the agency staff who should work for the client.
  6. Import or build the client’s audience inside this team, then review duplicates and suppression before launch.

Each new team has its own trial and connected-account data. A person’s first two unpaid teams fit within the starting team allowance. After that, the allowance grows by one each time one of their teams starts a paid subscription. An expired trial still uses a team slot.

Plan billing per team

Doreach charges $45 per account seat each month or $432 per seat each year. One account seat holds one connected LinkedIn account. Team members do not add a fee.

Thirty connected accounts need 30 paid account seats whether they sit in one team or 10 client teams. On monthly billing, those seats cost $1,350 in total.

Separate paid teams do not share one subscription. Each paid team has its own invoice and renewal date, so one team per client creates more billing work than one shared team. How per-account billing works explains account seats and team subscriptions.

Choose separate teams when client data must stay apart. Use one shared team when the same people can see and work across all connected accounts.

Common questions

Can I manage multiple clients in Doreach?
Yes. Create a separate team for each client and invite the agency staff who should work there. A person can belong to several teams and switch between them from the team switcher.
Can I give a client read-only access?
No. Doreach does not currently have a read-only role. A Member can run campaigns, update CRM, reply in Inbox, and manage connected accounts. Do not invite a client who should only view reports or conversations.
How does agency billing work in Doreach?
Each connected LinkedIn account needs one paid account seat. A separate paid team has its own subscription, invoice, and renewal date. The same number of connected accounts needs the same number of seats whether the accounts sit in one shared team or several client teams.
