A Doreach sequence can combine LinkedIn actions and email. On the campaign’s Sequence tab, you can add Message, InMail, Profile view, Like latest post, Comment on latest post, and Email steps. When the sequence has a LinkedIn message, Doreach adds a connection request above it for you. Each step after the first waits a set number of days or hours.
Build the sequence
An empty sequence asks How should this campaign start? Choose Start from scratch, From a saved template, or Copy an existing campaign. Then use these controls:
- Select Add step.
- Choose Message, InMail, Profile view, Like latest post, Comment on latest post, or Email under Step type.
- Under When it sends, enter how long to wait and choose days or hours. The first step sends at launch, inside the send window.
- Write the body for a Message or InMail step. An Email step needs a subject and body. Profile view, Like latest post and Comment on latest post steps do not need message copy.
- To reorder or remove a step, open the step’s … menu and choose Move up, Move down, or Delete step.
Under Send from, pick the connected accounts that may send each channel’s steps.
Doreach places the connection request directly above the first LinkedIn message. You cannot move or delete it, because LinkedIn only allows messages between connected people. Select Edit on the connection request to write an optional Note. If you add a note, follow the merge-tag and connection-note rules.
Email steps are sent from a selected mailbox. A prospect without an email address skips the email step. A prospect without a LinkedIn identity skips LinkedIn steps.
Match each step to an account limit
Each action counts against the assigned LinkedIn account’s weekly limit. The same account limits are shared by every campaign that uses that account.

A Like latest post step likes their most recent original post from the last 30 days, and it needs no connection. It skips reposts and posts you already liked. If there is no post to like, Doreach skips the step and moves on to the next one.
Comment on their latest post
A Comment on latest post step writes a short comment on the person’s latest original post from the last 30 days. It needs no connection. It has two settings:
- How to comment is optional. Tell Doreach the tone you want, for example “be curious, ask one question, friendly tone”. It can be up to 200 characters.
- When a comment is ready has two options. Let me approve each comment is the default. Post automatically posts it without waiting for you.
With Let me approve each comment, the running campaign shows a card, “{n} comments waiting for your approval”. Each comment has Post, Edit and Skip buttons, and Post all posts every comment on the card. A comment you do not handle within 7 days is skipped.
The comment is one or two short sentences about what the post says. It has no pitch, no link and no hashtags. Doreach never comments on a sensitive post, such as a layoff, an illness or politics. If the AI cannot write a good comment, Doreach skips the step instead of posting a generic one.
The person’s row in the campaign shows what happened with one of these notes:

An InMail step runs only on an outreach account that supports InMail. Doreach skips that step when the assigned account does not support it. Email uses the selected mailbox’s daily limit and email gap instead of a LinkedIn weekly limit.
The wait belongs to the next step
When it sends on each step says how long Doreach waits after the previous step. There is no separate wait step.
For the first step after a connection request, the wait starts when Doreach detects acceptance. The campaign’s Schedule tab has a setting named Withdraw unanswered connection requests. When that many days pass, Doreach withdraws a still-pending request and the person leaves the campaign.
To keep going instead, edit the connection request and turn on If not accepted within. Doreach then withdraws the request after that many days and the person continues with the next steps. Email and other steps still run for them.
Replies can stop the remaining steps
Turn on Stop the sequence when they reply on the campaign’s Schedule tab to cancel a person’s remaining steps when Doreach records a reply. It is on by default. Turn on Also stop on automatic replies, like out of office if an auto-reply should stop the sequence too.
Turning the switch off lets later steps continue after a reply. The setting applies to the whole campaign, not to one branch or one step.
Doreach does not use conditional branches
The sequence editor runs steps in order. It does not let you draw separate accepted, not accepted, replied, or no-reply branches. The only choice of path is the If not accepted within setting on the connection request.
Doreach handles acceptance and reply rules through the campaign settings described above. Review those settings with the campaign schedule before launch.
