What a seat is
A seat is a slot for one connected LinkedIn account. It is not a person.
That distinction is the whole model, so it is worth two examples.
One seat, twenty people. Buy one seat, connect a single LinkedIn account, and invite your entire team. Everyone can see the outreach, read the conversations, and reply from the shared inbox. You pay $45/month. That one profile still runs within its own LinkedIn limits. Twenty people sharing it does not produce twenty accounts’ worth of activity, and it is no riskier than one person using it.
Ten seats, twenty people. Later, ten of those twenty connect their own LinkedIn profiles, so you buy ten seats. You pay $450/month. Each profile now runs on its own independent limits, so your total capacity is ten times larger, and all twenty people still see everything in one shared inbox.
Growing your team costs nothing. Growing your sending capacity is what costs money.
Buy the seat, then connect the account
Connecting is refused once every purchased seat is occupied. So the order matters:
- Go to Settings → Billing.
- Raise the seat count with the stepper. It shows your current usage as “2 of 3 seats connected”.
- Confirm the change in Stripe’s billing portal. Stripe shows the exact amount before you confirm.
- Connect the LinkedIn account.
Two exceptions worth knowing:
- Reconnecting is always allowed. If a connected account’s LinkedIn session expires, you can restore it even when every seat is full. Reconnecting never needs a spare seat.
- A disconnected account releases its seat straight away, so another account can take it without you buying anything.
Lowering your seat count
Reduce the seat count from the same stepper.
You cannot drop below the number of accounts currently connected. Doreach will tell you how many are connected and refuse the change. Disconnect the accounts you no longer need first, then lower the count.
A disconnected account keeps billing until you do this. Freeing the seat and paying for the seat are separate things, and nothing lowers your bill on its own. The billing page shows a notice when you are paying for seats nothing is using, with the monthly cost and a way to reduce to the number you actually need.
The seat count runs from 1 to 500.
Monthly and yearly
Yearly billing is $432 per seat per year instead of $540, a 20% saving. Switch either way from Settings → Billing; the change applies at your next billing cycle.
The trial
7 days, no credit card, one connected account, every feature unlocked.
The one-account limit is enforced, so a second connect during the trial is refused until you add a payment method. When the trial ends your data and settings are preserved, but connected accounts and campaign execution pause until you subscribe.
Each team you create carries its own subscription and its own trial. You can have two teams without a subscription, and the allowance grows by one for every team you subscribe to. How to structure your teams covers when running several is worth it.

Invoices and payment
Invoices are available under Settings → Billing and are emailed on each charge. We accept major credit and debit cards through Stripe. Cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period, with no cancellation fee.
