Connected LinkedIn accounts and paid account seats are separate. Deleting an account frees the seat for another account, while changing the seat count changes what you pay.
Add a connected account
Check the seat count under Settings → Billing before connecting another LinkedIn account.
- If the team has an unused account seat, connect the account from Outreach Accounts → Add LinkedIn account.
- If every paid seat is in use, raise the seat count under Settings → Billing, confirm the change in Stripe, then connect the account.
- If the team is on a 7-day trial, you can connect one LinkedIn account. Subscribe before connecting a second.
Doreach refuses a new connection when the team has no available account seat. Reconnecting an account whose session expired does not require an unused seat.
Delete an account
Open Outreach Accounts, open the account’s action menu, and select Delete account. Doreach asks you to confirm because you cannot undo the deletion.
The account stops sending and releases its account seat. Another LinkedIn account can use that seat without changing the subscription.
Deleting the account does not lower the paid seat count. If you will not connect another account, open Settings → Billing and reduce the number of seats. Doreach will not let you reduce the seat count below the number of accounts still connected.
Your existing data stays in the team
Deleting an outreach account removes the account connection. Existing prospects, conversations and campaign records remain available to team members.
Adding the LinkedIn account again creates a new connection. A session reconnect is different: use Reconnect account when the account still appears in Doreach but needs attention.
Check campaigns before disconnecting
Campaigns cannot send from a disconnected account. Review the campaigns assigned to the account before removing it.
If other connected accounts are attached to the campaign, those accounts can continue their work. A campaign with no available connected account cannot send until you connect or assign one.
