What changes in your Gmail.

  1. Read a reply once.

    When you open a reply in the Doreach inbox, Gmail marks it read too. You do not see the same reply as new when you check Gmail later.

  2. Find all your outreach in one click.

    Every new campaign conversation sent from your Gmail gets a Doreach label. Click Doreach in Gmail’s sidebar to see your outreach and the replies to it.

  3. Filter your outreach in or out.

    Search Gmail for label:doreach to see only outreach. To see everything else, search for -label:doreach. You can also build Gmail filters on the label.

  4. Nothing to set up.

    Both work for every Gmail mailbox you connect with Google sign-in. Outreach Accounts shows a line under each one.

What does Gmail sync do?

It does two things for a Gmail mailbox connected to Doreach. When you open a reply in the Doreach inbox, the reply is marked read in Gmail too. And every new campaign conversation sent from that mailbox gets a Doreach label in Gmail.

Which mailboxes does it work with?

Gmail and Google Workspace mailboxes connected with Google sign-in. Other mailboxes keep working with Doreach as before, without these two features.

If I read a reply in Gmail, is it marked read in Doreach?

No. Read status goes one way, from Doreach to Gmail. A reply you open in Gmail still shows as new in the Doreach inbox.

Does the label cover the prospect's replies?

Yes. The label is on the whole conversation, so the prospect's replies sit under the Doreach label next to your emails.

What happens if I delete the Doreach label in Gmail?

The next new campaign conversation creates the label again. Conversations from before you deleted it do not get the label back.

Can the label stop an email from sending?

No. The email sends first. If the label cannot be added, the email has still gone and that conversation has no label.

Does Gmail sync cost extra?

No. It comes with your Doreach subscription. You do not need to turn it on.
