What is AI reply qualification?
AI reply qualification is a Doreach feature that reads every reply to your outreach and gives it a tag, such as Interested, Wants a meeting or Not now, with a one-line reason. It can then move the person to the right stage and email the teammate who owns the contact.
Which tags can a reply get?
Interested, Wants a meeting, Has a question, Not now, Not interested, Unsubscribe, Out of office, Wrong person or Other. Each tag has a short reason you can read by hovering the tag in the inbox. You can filter the inbox by tag, for example to see every Interested or Wants a meeting reply in one list.
What does Doreach do after it tags a reply?
With Let AI act on replies on, Interested and Wants a meeting move the contact to Qualified. Not interested and Unsubscribe move them to Disqualified and stop outreach to that person on every channel. Most other replies move the contact to Replied. AI reply actions handle the exceptions: a Not now with a date moves them to Nurturing, and someone who left or is the wrong person moves to Disqualified. A contact marked Booked is never moved, and a reply never moves a Qualified contact back to Replied.
What if the AI gets a tag wrong?
Change it from the tag in the inbox. Your tag stays on that reply, the AI never changes it, and it runs the same actions an AI tag would. If the person writes again, the new reply gets its own tag. Changing a Not interested or Unsubscribe tag lifts the block that tag added.
Which replies get tagged?
Replies on LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp and Instagram. Automatic away emails are not tagged, and chat opt-out words such as STOP are handled without AI.
Who gets an email when someone replies?
The contact's owner. When a contact has no owner, you choose who gets it: admins and the owner of the team, the owner only, admins only, or one teammate. No email goes out for Not interested, Unsubscribe or Out of office replies.
Does AI reply qualification cost extra?
No. It is included in your Doreach subscription. Each team gets a fair monthly AI allowance, and team settings show how much you have used. See the pricing page for the subscription.
What happens if my team uses its whole AI allowance?
Replies still arrive in the inbox and teammates still get reply emails. New replies show Not tagged until the allowance resets on the first of the month, and nobody is moved or blocked automatically. Anyone on the team can tag a reply by hand.
