Weekly limits and pacing

The weekly per-account limits Doreach enforces, the daily campaign caps that sit inside them, and the randomised gap between actions.

Limits work at two levels: a weekly ceiling per connected account, and a daily cap per campaign inside it.

Weekly limits, per account

These are the defaults on every connected account, and every one is editable under Accounts → [account] → Limits.

The week runs Monday to Sunday in the account’s own timezone, not yours. Usage is tracked per account and also broken down per campaign, so you can see which campaign consumed the allowance.

When an action type hits its weekly limit, that action stops for the rest of the week and resumes when the window resets. Other action types keep running, so hitting the connection ceiling does not stop you replying to people.

Daily caps, per campaign

A weekly allowance spent entirely on Monday looks nothing like a person. So each campaign also carries daily limits:

Daily limit25 actions
Minimum per account per day15
Maximum per account per daymatches the daily limit

Where several accounts are attached to one campaign, the daily work is divided between them, so each account carries roughly daily limit ÷ number of accounts.

Pacing between actions

Actions on the same account are separated by a randomised gap of five to thirty minutes. The gap varies per account, campaign and prospect rather than being a fixed interval, because an evenly spaced sequence of actions is itself a signal.

This is not configurable. There is no good reason to send faster.

Working hours

Campaigns act only inside their configured working hours, evaluated in the campaign’s timezone. If you leave working hours unset, the campaign is allowed to act at any hour, so set them.

There is currently no weekend or active-days setting. If you do not want weekend activity, the practical approach is to pause the campaign, or keep the daily cap low enough that weekend volume is unremarkable.

Raising limits

You can raise any weekly limit. Doreach will let you, and the defaults are deliberately below what LinkedIn technically tolerates.

Raise only when the account has been running without warnings and your acceptance rate has held above 30%, and move in steps of roughly 20% with a week’s hold between them. Lower them immediately if acceptance drops below 20% or LinkedIn asks for an unexpected verification.

There is no automatic warm-up ramp. A newly connected account starts at whatever limits it is given, so if you are connecting a profile that has never been automated, set its weekly limits low yourself for the first two to three weeks and raise them gradually.

Common questions

What are Doreach's default sending limits?
Per connected LinkedIn account, per week: 80 connection requests, 100 messages, 150 profile views and 25 InMails. Every limit is editable per account. On top of these, each campaign has a daily cap that defaults to 25 actions.
Are Doreach's LinkedIn limits daily or weekly?
Both, at different levels. The hard ceiling is weekly and applies per connected account by action type. Inside that, each campaign has a daily cap so a week's allowance is not spent in one day.
How fast does Doreach send messages?
Actions on a given account are separated by a randomised gap of five to thirty minutes, and only run inside the campaign's configured working hours in the account's own timezone.
