Set when the campaign starts, the send window, and the withdraw period for connection requests on the campaign’s Schedule tab. Doreach reads those times in the team’s saved timezone. Account limits control daily connection requests and the wait between actions.

Set the campaign schedule before launch

Open Campaigns and create or open a draft.
Open the Schedule tab. You can fill in the Audience and Sequence tabs before or after.
Under When it starts, choose As soon as I launch, or choose At a date and time and pick the date and time.
Under Send window, choose the From and to times. The window is the part of the team’s day when the campaign may act. Pick the same time twice to send all day.
Under When someone replies, choose whether to Stop the sequence when they reply.
If the sequence has LinkedIn steps, set Withdraw unanswered connection requests. The default is 14 days, and the minimum is 3 days.
Select Launch campaign, then Launch now.

A campaign with a future start date shows Scheduled until that time arrives. The first step goes out at that time, inside the send window.

The team timezone controls campaign time

Doreach reads start times and send windows in the timezone saved under Settings → Team. Owners and Admins can change it. The new timezone applies to every campaign in the team.

Doreach does not adjust the schedule for each prospect’s location. It also has no active-days or weekend setting. Pause the campaign before a day when it should not run.

Account settings control daily connection requests

Open Outreach accounts, open an account’s action menu, and choose Limits. Each account has a daily range for connection requests. Doreach chooses one target inside that range for the account each day. On a campaign’s Schedule tab, Open account limits under Daily pacing opens the same panel.

The daily target applies across every campaign using the account. Messages, profile views, InMails, post likes, and comments do not have daily targets. Their weekly limits still apply.

The same panel controls the random wait between actions from the account. Campaigns sharing the account use the same wait and limits. Read Limits and pacing for the defaults and reset rules.

Mailboxes use their own settings in the Limits panel: a daily email limit and a random wait between emails. Those limits are also shared by every campaign using the mailbox.

Doreach withdraws unanswered connection requests

The Withdraw unanswered connection requests setting on the Schedule tab controls how long Doreach waits for a connection request to be accepted. The default is 14 days.

After that period, Doreach withdraws the request and the person leaves the campaign. If the connection request step has If not accepted within turned on, the person continues with the next steps instead. That setting can also withdraw the request sooner. The prospect can be enrolled in a later campaign, but LinkedIn does not allow a new invitation to the same person for up to three weeks after withdrawal.

Pause and resume campaign work

Open the live campaign and select Pause to stop new automatic steps. Prospects stay enrolled, and their remaining work waits.

Select Resume when the campaign should continue. Doreach keeps the saved schedule, outreach-account assignments, and enrolled prospects. If billing stopped the campaign, follow the billing banner first. Doreach resumes campaigns it paused after the team regains billing access.
