Every connected account has working hours. Campaigns act only inside them.
Setting the window
Under Accounts → [account] → Schedule:
- Working hours: default 9am to 6pm
- Active days: weekdays by default
- Timezone: the account’s own timezone, not your prospects’
Weekend activity is off by default, and leaving it off is more realistic for most B2B profiles.
Timezone
Scheduling follows the sending account’s timezone. If the profile owner is in London, set London, even if you are managing the account from elsewhere. An account acting at 3am local time looks exactly like what it is.
For prospect-side timing, enable target timezone awareness and Doreach will prefer hours that are reasonable for the recipient too, within your own window.
Why activity is spread
Actions are distributed across the window with randomised gaps rather than fired in sequence. Twenty connection requests at 09:00:01, 09:00:02, 09:00:03 is not what a person does. This is not configurable, because there is no good reason to turn it off.
Timing that works
For B2B, Tuesday to Thursday, mid-morning recipient time is the most reliable window. Monday morning competes with inbox triage; Friday afternoon is ignored.
Keep this in proportion. Timing might move reply rate a few points. Targeting moves it by multiples. Do not spend a week optimising send hours on a list that was never right.
Pausing
Pause a campaign anytime; in-flight steps finish and nothing new starts. Pausing an account stops every campaign using it. Neither loses queued prospects; they resume where they left off.
