Team members are free and unlimited. Only connected LinkedIn accounts are billed, so bringing more people in never raises your invoice.
Invite someone
- Go to Settings → Team.
- Choose Invite member and enter their email.
- Pick a role.
- They receive an email invitation and set their own password.
Invitations do not expire, and you can revoke a pending one anytime.
Roles
| Role | Can do |
|---|---|
| Owner | Everything, including billing and deleting the workspace. One per workspace. |
| Admin | Everything except deleting the workspace. Can manage billing, accounts, and members. |
| Member | Build and run campaigns, work the inbox, view analytics. No billing or member management. |
| Viewer | Read-only. Sees campaigns, conversations, and analytics but cannot send or change anything. |
Viewer is useful for a manager who wants visibility without the risk of an accidental send.
How shared access actually works
This is the part people usually want to confirm before they buy.
Every connected LinkedIn account feeds one shared unified inbox. Any team member with access sees conversations from every connected account in a single view, regardless of who connected it.
That means one connected LinkedIn account can be operated by your whole team. The profile owner does not have to be the person replying. What stays fixed is the account’s own daily activity limits. Sharing a profile across twenty people does not raise what that profile can safely do in a day, and it does not increase risk either.
To keep people out of each other’s way:
- Assign conversations to an owner so it is clear who is responding
- Set statuses (new, replied, qualified, booked, disqualified) as the conversation moves
- Leave internal notes on a prospect, visible to your team and never sent
Multiple workspaces
You can create unlimited teams, which is how agencies usually separate clients. Each workspace has its own connected accounts, campaigns, prospects, and inbox, with no data crossing between them. Members can belong to several workspaces and switch from the workspace picker.
Billing stays per connected account across everything you run.
