What are AI reply actions?
AI reply actions are a Doreach feature that reads the detail in replies that are not a plain yes or no. An out of office reply pauses the person until they are back. A reply like reach out in January sets a reminder for January. A reply that names a colleague or gives a new email address brings a one-click suggestion.
Will an out of office reply stop my sequence?
Not while Let AI act on replies is on. Doreach pauses the person and sends the message they missed the day after they return. If the reply gives no date, the pause lasts 7 days. Automatic away emails are read for the return date too.
How does the reminder work?

Will Doreach contact a colleague without asking me?
No. When a reply names a colleague with an email address or a LinkedIn profile, Doreach shows a suggestion on the conversation. The colleague joins the same campaign only when you choose Add to campaign. Their first message can say who referred them.
What happens when someone gives a new email address?
Doreach suggests the change. Choose Update and carry on to make the new address their main email and continue the sequence, Update only to change the address, or Dismiss.
What if the reply says the person left or is the wrong person?
Doreach stops the sequence and moves the person to Disqualified, with a note. They are not blocked, so you can reach them again later.
Can I turn reply actions off?
Yes. The automatic actions run under the Let AI act on replies switch in team settings. Suggestions for a colleague or a new email address always wait for you, whichever way the switch is set.
Do reply actions cost extra?
No. They are included in your Doreach subscription. Doreach reads the detail in the same pass that tags the reply, so most reply actions use no extra AI allowance.
