Does Doreach use AI?

Yes. Doreach has five AI features: AI reply qualification, AI reply actions, AI sales signals, AI post summaries and AI comments. They read replies and LinkedIn posts, so you can see who is interested, act on what people say and open with something specific.

Is AI included in the Doreach subscription?

Yes. Every AI feature comes with the Doreach subscription at no extra cost, including during the free trial. See the pricing page for the subscription.

How much AI can my team use?

Each team gets a fair monthly AI allowance, shared by everyone on the team and every AI feature. Team settings show how much you have used, and a notice appears when your team is close to the allowance. It resets on the first of each month.

What happens if my team uses all of its AI allowance?

Your outreach keeps running. New replies arrive untagged and still email your teammates. Signal matches are added on keywords alone. Messages use your fallback in place of a post summary, and comment steps are skipped without posting. Everything works again when the allowance resets.

Can I turn the AI off?

Yes. Team settings have two switches, AI reply tags and Let AI act on replies. Each signal that reads posts has a Check matches with AI switch. Post summaries and comments run only where you add the tag or the step.

Does the AI post or change anything without asking me?

Comments wait for your approval unless you choose Post automatically. Adding a colleague or changing an email address always waits for your click. With Let AI act on replies on, tags move stages and pause people on their own, and you can change any tag.

Which channels do the AI features work on?

Reply qualification and reply actions work on replies from LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp and Instagram. A post summary can go in a message on any of those channels, and it comes from the person’s LinkedIn post. AI comments are a LinkedIn step. AI sales signals check LinkedIn and Instagram posts.

Can my AI agent use these features over MCP?

Yes, in part. Your agent can list replies with their tag and reason, list matches the AI filtered out and add them back, and draft sequences with a post summary or a comment step. See AI agents and MCP.
