Doreach is a LinkedIn outreach automation platform that allows users to create and run personalised outreach campaigns, manage prospect conversations, and track performance metrics. The Service includes all features, tools, and functionality available through app.doreach.co.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

Doreach offers subscription plans with recurring billing. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your plan). All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Doreach and its licensors. Our trademarks, logo, and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.
You retain ownership of all content you create and upload to the Service (campaigns, templates, prospect data). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information.
The Service integrates with third-party platforms, including LinkedIn (via Unipile). Your use of those platforms is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices, content, or availability of any third-party services.
LinkedIn automation is subject to LinkedIn's own usage policies. It is your responsibility to ensure your use of Doreach complies with LinkedIn's Terms of Service. We are not liable for any account restrictions or bans imposed by LinkedIn as a result of your outreach activity.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We make no guarantees regarding the results of your outreach campaigns, including reply rates, connection rates, or revenue outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Doreach and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct we reasonably believe is harmful to the Service, our users, or third parties.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may request an export of your data within 30 days of account closure. After that period, we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the applicable jurisdiction.

We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notifying you by email or via the platform.
