Import SMTP/IMAP mailboxes from a CSV

Connect many SMTP/IMAP mailboxes at once by uploading the CSV you export from your cold email tool. Doreach checks every row first and shows which mailboxes are ready and which it will skip, with the reason. Gmail and Outlook mailboxes still connect with their own sign-in.

  • Upload exports from Instantly, ReachInbox, Smartlead, PlusVibe, Woodpecker, Reply.io or Saleshandy as they are.
  • Use a file from any other tool too. Pick the column for any detail Doreach cannot find on its own.
  • Each mailbox keeps the daily limit from your file, or starts at 30 emails a day if the file has none.
  • Mailboxes you already have are skipped. Ones that need reconnecting are reconnected with the details in the file.
  • Retry the rows that failed, or download them to fix and upload again.
  • Find it in Outreach Accounts: Connect mailbox, then SMTP/IMAP mailbox, then Import many mailboxes from a CSV.

Comment on a person's latest LinkedIn post

A new Comment on latest post step writes a short comment on the person's latest LinkedIn post. You approve each comment before it is posted, or let Doreach post it for you. It uses the same monthly AI allowance as the other AI features.

  • Add a Comment on latest post step to any LinkedIn sequence.
  • Tell Doreach how to comment, for example be curious, ask one question, friendly tone.
  • Choose Let me approve each comment, or Post automatically.
  • Approve from a card on the running campaign. Post, Edit or Skip each comment, or use Post all.
  • Comments per week is a new limit on each LinkedIn account. It starts at 20.
  • Doreach never comments on a sensitive post, and skips the step when it cannot write a good comment.

Mention a person's latest post in your message

A new Latest post summary tag fills in a short phrase about the person's latest LinkedIn post when the message is sent. Messages read as if you saw the post. It uses the same monthly AI allowance as the other AI features.

  • Add the Latest post summary tag to any message. It becomes a phrase such as your post on opening a second office in Dubai.
  • It uses the person's latest original post from the last 30 days.
  • Add a fallback, for example {{summary_latest_post|your work}}. People with no recent post, or a post about a sensitive subject, get the fallback.
  • The campaign checklist warns you if the tag has no fallback.
  • Your AI agent can use the tag when it writes a sequence.

More AI reply actions

Doreach now does the obvious next thing when a reply is not a plain yes or no. People who are out of office are paused and picked up again, and people who say to try later get a reminder on the right date. A reply that names a colleague or gives a new email address brings a one-click suggestion.

  • Out of office replies pause the person instead of stopping the sequence. Doreach sends the message they missed the day after they return, or after 7 days if they gave no date.
  • Not now replies with a time, such as reach out in January, move the person to Nurturing and email the contact's owner a reminder on that date.
  • Wrong person and left the company replies stop the sequence and mark the person Disqualified, without blocking them.
  • When a reply names a colleague, choose Add to campaign to add them to the same campaign. Their first message can say who referred them.
  • When a reply gives a new email address, choose Update and carry on to switch to the new address and continue the sequence.
  • Paused people show Paused until and a date in the campaign, with Resume now and Stop. Suggestions appear whether or not Let AI act on replies is on.

AI sales signals

Signals now check each matching post with AI, so fewer wrong people are added. A job seeker is no longer mistaken for someone hiring. It uses the same monthly AI allowance as AI reply qualification, at no extra cost.

  • Wrong matches are filtered out. Posts about hiring, a custom topic, companies in the news and Instagram topics are read by AI, so an Open to Work post or a webinar that only uses the word launch no longer counts.
  • A note on every match in the review list: Checked by AI, or Not checked by AI when the check was off or could not run.
  • A Filtered out by AI section under the review list shows each filtered post with the AI's short reason.
  • Add anyway on any filtered match adds the person as if you had approved it. Filtered matches are never added on their own, even with automatic joining.
  • A switch on each of these signals, Check matches with AI, is on by default. Turn it off to go back to keyword matching only.
  • Your AI agent sees the check too: it can list filtered matches with the reason, and approve them.

AI reply qualification

Every reply now gets a tag and a short reason, so you can see at a glance who is interested. Doreach can move people forward or stop outreach for you, and emails the right teammate when someone writes back. It is included in your subscription.

  • A tag on every reply: Interested, Wants a meeting, Has a question, Not now, Not interested, Unsubscribe, Out of office, Wrong person or Other. Hover the tag in the inbox to see a one-line reason.
  • Change a tag from the badge if you disagree. Your tag is kept and is never overwritten. Changing a Not interested or Unsubscribe tag lifts the block that tag added.
  • Let AI act on replies: Interested and Wants a meeting move the contact to Qualified. Not interested and Unsubscribe move them to Disqualified and stop outreach on every channel.
  • Reply emails: the contact's owner gets an email when someone writes back, with the reply, the tag and a link to the conversation. With no owner, choose who gets it.
  • Two settings in your team settings: AI reply tags and Let AI act on replies. You can also see how much AI you have used this month, and a notice at the top tells you when your team is close to its monthly allowance.
  • Included in your subscription at no extra cost.

More ways to catch people at the right moment

Signals now find companies as well as people, watch Instagram, and show up on your contacts. Your AI agent can work with them too.

  • Companies hiring: find companies posting jobs for the roles you choose, in the places you choose, and reach the right person at each.
  • Companies in the news: watch a list of companies and reach them when they announce funding, a launch, an expansion or a partnership.
  • Instagram signals: pick up to 25 profiles to watch, and add them when they post about your topic or post anything new.
  • Signals on contacts: see the signal in a contact's activity, and filter your contacts to everyone with a signal in the last 7 or 30 days.
  • Signals in MCP: your AI agent can review matches, add people it finds elsewhere with a reason, and record a signal on a contact.

Signals: add people the moment they act

A campaign can now keep adding people when something happens, instead of starting with a fixed list. Turn on a signal under your audience, and Doreach checks on the schedule you set.

  • Add people when they post on LinkedIn about hiring, or about a topic you describe.
  • Add people when they open your email twice or click a link.
  • Review each person before they join, or let them join automatically.
  • Every match shows the post or event that triggered it.
  • Nobody joins twice, and a post never triggers twice.

One conversation per person, and a new contact sheet

Every channel you use with a person now lives in one conversation, and everything you know about them lives on one sheet.

  • The inbox shows one conversation per contact, across every channel. Reply on the channel you choose.
  • A new contact sheet: edit standard and custom fields in place, see activity, notes and campaigns in one place. It opens from the inbox and from Contacts.
  • If someone never accepts your LinkedIn request, the sequence moves on to their other channels instead of stopping.
  • New LinkedIn step: like their latest post.

WhatsApp and Instagram are live, with a new campaign builder

Doreach now covers four channels: LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp and Instagram. Building a campaign across them got simpler too.

  • Send WhatsApp and Instagram messages in your sequences, alongside LinkedIn and email.
  • Connect WhatsApp or Instagram by scanning a QR code or entering a code on your phone.
  • A rebuilt campaign builder: tabs for audience, sequence and schedule, with a launch checklist that says what is missing.

One contact per person

A person you reach on several channels is now one contact, not several.

  • Contacts merge across channels: a LinkedIn profile, an email address, a phone number and chat handles can all belong to one person.
  • Archive contacts instead of deleting them, and restore them from the Archived view.
  • A Stalled view shows contacts who have gone quiet.

Email is live

You can now send email from Doreach, on its own or alongside LinkedIn in the same sequence.

  • Connect a mailbox with Google or Microsoft sign-in, or IMAP.
  • Add email steps to any campaign, or run email-only campaigns.
  • Plain text or HTML. Open and click tracking, off by default.
  • Bounces and unsubscribes are handled for you, with an unsubscribe link in every email.

  • LinkedIn messages wait until your connection request is accepted. You choose how long to wait, and unaccepted requests are withdrawn.
