Doreach uses AI to read each reply and give it a tag, to write the Latest post summary in a message, and to write comments on posts. Each time it does, it uses one AI call from your team’s monthly allowance. This page explains what counts, where to see your usage, and what happens if the allowance runs out.
What uses AI calls
- One call is used for each reply Doreach tags.
- Changing a tag by hand uses no calls.
- Nothing uses calls for reply tags while AI reply tags is off.
- One call is used each time Doreach writes a Latest post summary for a message.
- One call is used each time Doreach writes a comment for a Comment on latest post step.
Reply tags explains the tags and the two switches.
The monthly allowance
The allowance is for the whole team, not for each person. Every member draws from the same allowance.
Where to see your usage
Open Settings → Team. The AI replies card shows how many calls your team has used this month and the size of your monthly allowance.
A banner also appears at the top of the dashboard when your team has used 80% of its allowance. It appears again when the allowance is used up.
When it resets
The count starts again on the first day of each month, UTC. The banner shows the exact date.
What happens when it runs out
- New replies still arrive in Inbox.
- Doreach still emails your teammates about them.
- The replies show Not tagged until the allowance resets.
- Nothing is moved or blocked automatically. The contact stays at Replied.
- Anyone on the team can tag a reply by hand.
- A message with a Latest post summary uses its fallback text.
- A Comment on latest post step is skipped, and nothing is posted.
