Cancel from Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription. No fee, no notice period, no call required.
What happens
Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. Nothing stops early, and you are not charged again.
After that date:
- Campaign execution and all sending stops
- Connected accounts disconnect
- Your workspace becomes read-only
- Prospects, conversations and analytics stay visible and exportable
Export first
If you want your data outside Doreach, export before you cancel while everything is still active:
- Prospects → Export for prospects, stages, tags and notes
- Inbox → Export for conversation history
- Analytics → Export for campaign performance
Retention
Workspace data is retained for 12 months after cancellation, after which it may be permanently deleted. To have it deleted sooner, ask us and we will action it.
Scaling down instead
If the issue is cost rather than fit, removing connected accounts may serve you better than cancelling. One account is $45/month and keeps everything live, including your team, history and campaigns.
Coming back
Resubscribe anytime from the same billing page and your workspace becomes writable again with all data intact. Reconnected LinkedIn accounts start fresh against their weekly limits, so set those low again and build back up over two to three weeks.
