Working the unified inbox

Every reply from every connected account lands in one inbox. How to triage, assign, set statuses, and keep a team from answering the same prospect twice.

The inbox is where outreach turns into pipeline. Everything from every connected account arrives in one place.

Triage

Filter by account, campaign, status, or owner. Most people work newest-unanswered first, but if you are running several campaigns it is usually more productive to filter to one campaign at a time. The context stays loaded in your head and replies get better.

Each conversation shows the prospect’s profile details, which campaign produced the conversation, the full message history, and any internal notes.

Statuses

Statuses move a conversation through your process:

StatusMeaning
NewReplied, not yet handled
RepliedYou have responded, waiting on them
QualifiedReal fit, worth pursuing
BookedMeeting scheduled
DisqualifiedNot a fit, closed out
NurtureNot now, revisit later

Set the status as you go. Analytics are built on it, so a campaign’s real performance is only as accurate as the statuses you keep.

Assignment and notes

Assign a conversation to a team member to make ownership explicit. Assigned conversations still stay visible to everyone.

Internal notes are visible to your team and never sent to the prospect. Use them for context the next person needs.

Follow-ups

When a prospect replies, Doreach automatically stops the remaining sequence steps for them. Nobody receives a scripted follow-up after they have already answered.

If a conversation goes quiet you can set a follow-up reminder, and it will surface in the inbox on that date.

What is not here

Replies you send from the inbox go out through the connected LinkedIn account, subject to that account’s daily limits like any other action. During a busy day a reply may queue briefly rather than send instantly. Time-critical conversations are worth handling in LinkedIn directly.

Common questions

Does Doreach combine replies from multiple LinkedIn accounts?
Yes. Conversations from every connected account appear in one shared inbox, filterable by account, campaign, status, or owner. You do not need to log into each LinkedIn profile separately.
How do I stop two people replying to the same prospect?
Assign the conversation to an owner and set a status. Assignment shows who is handling it, statuses show where it stands, and internal notes let the team share context without messaging the prospect.
