Waalaxy Review 2026: Pricing, Invitation Quotas and the Email Plan

Waalaxy is a LinkedIn and email outreach tool billed per user, with three plans from €19 to €69 a month on yearly billing and €39 to €139 on monthly billing. This review covers its invitation quotas, the Business plan that adds email, the paid Inbox add-on, and team costs.

Doreach cover for Waalaxy Review 2026

Waalaxy’s pricing page opens on three plans at €19, €49 and €69 per user a month. Those are the yearly prices. On monthly billing the same plans cost €39, €99 and €139. Only Business, the most expensive plan, sends email. If your team runs outreach on LinkedIn and email together, you are choosing between Business and a second tool.

The email question is worth settling before anything else, because Waalaxy also requires every seat on a team to be on the same plan. One rep who needs email moves the whole team to Business.

The short version

Choose Waalaxy if you are one person running LinkedIn outreach, you are happy to pay yearly, and you want the cheapest way to get started. Pro on yearly billing is €19 a month, against €39 on monthly billing.

Consider something else if your team sends email as well as LinkedIn messages, you want replies from every account in one inbox without an add-on, or you run outreach on Instagram or WhatsApp too.

We build Doreach, which competes with Waalaxy for some of the same buyers. Every price, quota and feature below was checked against Waalaxy’s own pricing page and its published articles on 29 September 2026, and the prices were checked again on 12 October 2026. Waalaxy lists its prices in euros, and we have not converted them.

Waalaxy pricing

Waalaxy has three paid plans. Each one is billed per user, and Waalaxy’s team plan article says you pay a subscription for each LinkedIn account you attach. Every plan has a 14-day free trial.

Plan Monthly billing Yearly billing Invitations Email Email finder credits
Pro €39 per user a month €19 per user a month 300 a month No 25 a month
Advanced €99 per user a month €49 per user a month 800 a month No 25 a month
Business €139 per user a month €69 per user a month 800 a month Cold email sequences, LinkedIn plus email campaigns 500 a month

Both columns are read from Waalaxy’s billing toggle. The page opens on yearly billing, so a quick read takes €19, €49 and €69 for the monthly price. This review made that mistake until 12 October 2026. Quarterly billing is €31, €79 and €109.

Waalaxy has no permanently free plan. Older reviews describe one, but the pricing page on 29 September 2026 shows only the trial. The page does carry a line reading “500 free conversations, no time limit”. That line belongs to the LinkedIn Inbox, which is a paid add-on at €40 a month, or €20 on yearly billing, once those conversations are used.

Every plan includes unlimited campaigns, pre-built sequences, CRM sync and CSV import and export. Advanced adds API access and Make, Zapier and n8n modules. Waalaxy’s pricing page cites 4.5 on G2 and 4.4 on Capterra.

Invitation quotas are published per month

Waalaxy is one of the few tools that states a sending number on its pricing page. Pro allows 300 invitations a month. Advanced and Business allow 800.

Waalaxy’s own quota article, updated on 24 September 2026, turns those into daily numbers. Pro sends 11 invitations a day. Advanced and Business send up to 100 a day, stopped at 200 a week. The same article says messages run at 120 to 150 a day and profile visits at 120 to 150 a day on every plan.

A monthly figure is easy to compare and easy to misread. Pro’s 300 a month is about 70 a week, which is a sensible pace for a single account. The 800 a month on the higher plans is the 200-a-week ceiling repeated four times, so the extra €30 a month on yearly billing buys more room in a week, not more weeks.

What we would tell you not to do. Do not buy Advanced to send 200 invitations a week from a new or quiet LinkedIn account. LinkedIn does not publish a universal safe number, and its invitation restriction guidance lists sending many invitations in a short time as a reason for limits. Start well below the plan’s ceiling and raise it over several weeks.

Adding email changes the plan for everyone

Waalaxy puts email outreach on the Business plan. Business gives you cold email sequences, automated email follow-ups, campaigns that move between LinkedIn and email, and 500 email finder credits a month.

Pro and Advanced do not send email. Waalaxy’s team plan article states that all members must be on the same plan with the same renewal frequency.

The two rules together decide the price for a team. Say three reps each run LinkedIn and email:

Three reps, LinkedIn and email Monthly billing Yearly billing
Waalaxy Business, 3 users €417 a month €2,484 a year
Doreach, 1 subscription plus 2 extra LinkedIn accounts and 2 extra mailboxes $153 a month $1,468 a year

The currencies differ, so read the table as the shape of each bill rather than a straight comparison. On both monthly and yearly billing, Waalaxy costs more in raw numbers for this team. Neither row includes Waalaxy’s Inbox add-on.

The more useful difference is where the cost goes. In Waalaxy, email is a plan upgrade for every seat. In Doreach, a mailbox is a $9 add-on for the person who needs one, and current prices are on the pricing page.

Solo users are a different story. One person on Waalaxy Pro yearly pays €19 a month, which is below the $36 a month Doreach costs on annual billing. If you only ever run LinkedIn from one account and can pay for a year up front, Waalaxy costs less.

How the same setup works in Doreach

Doreach is an outreach platform where LinkedIn is one channel alongside email, Instagram and WhatsApp. Your $45 subscription gives you all four, and you can connect a LinkedIn account, a mailbox, a WhatsApp account and an Instagram account straight away. How account and mailbox billing works has the add-on prices.

Build a campaign, add a LinkedIn step and an email step, and pick the audience. Before you launch, Doreach shows which contacts have the details each channel needs, so you know who the email step can actually reach. Multi-channel outreach shows how one campaign moves a prospect between channels.

Limits are set per account, not per plan. A new LinkedIn account starts at 80 connection requests, 100 messages, 150 profile views and 25 InMails a week, with 8 to 15 connection requests chosen for each day. A new mailbox starts at 30 emails a day with a random gap of 3 to 15 minutes. You can change every number from the account’s Limits panel, and limits and pacing holds the current defaults.

Add a second rep’s LinkedIn account and a second mailbox to the same campaign, and Doreach spreads the sending across them. Each prospect keeps hearing from the account that first contacted them on that channel. Multiple sender accounts explains how.

Every reply, from every LinkedIn account and every mailbox, lands in the unified inbox. The inbox is part of the subscription on every channel. Campaigns stop for a prospect when they reply, and you can turn that off per campaign.

Doreach does not find email addresses and does not warm up mailboxes. Bring contacts from a CSV, a LinkedIn search, post engagers, group members or your own chats. If you need 500 email finder credits a month built in, Waalaxy Business has them and Doreach does not.

Where Waalaxy falls short

Email costs a whole team upgrade. The same-plan rule means one rep who needs email moves every seat to €139 a month on monthly billing, or €69 on yearly billing.

The inbox is extra. Managing replies in Waalaxy’s LinkedIn Inbox costs €40 a month, or €20 on yearly billing, once the 500 free conversations are gone.

The monthly quota hides the weekly ceiling. Advanced’s 800 a month reads like four times Pro’s number. In practice it is 200 a week at most, and a new account should not run at that pace anyway.

Waalaxy covers two channels. It runs LinkedIn and email. If your buyers answer on Instagram or WhatsApp, you need another tool for those conversations.

Prices are in euros. Teams outside the eurozone pay in euros at their bank’s exchange rate, or in whatever local price Waalaxy’s page shows your region.

Verdict

Waalaxy is a low-cost way for one person to start LinkedIn outreach. Pro on yearly billing costs €19 a month, and the invitation quotas are published where you can read them.

The pricing works less well for a team that needs email. Email is on Business only, every seat must match, and the inbox is an add-on. Before you buy, count how many reps need email and how many accounts you will connect, then price Business for all of them.

To compare the same setup, start a 7-day Doreach trial, connect your first account, and add a LinkedIn step and an email step to one campaign. You will see the limits for each account before anything sends.
