What each plan costs
These are the figures LinkedIn publishes on its own compare plans page, checked on 8 September 2026.
| Plan | Per month | Per year | Annual saving | Sold for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Core | US$119.99 per license | US$1,079.88 per license | 25% | Individual sellers |
| Advanced | US$159.99 per license | US$1,799.88 per license | 6% | Sales teams |
| Advanced Plus | Not published | Not published | n/a | Teams using an integrated CRM |
Every price is per license, which means per person. Four reps on Core is four subscriptions and four bills. LinkedIn publishes no volume rate for Core or Advanced.
The annual discount is 25% on Core and 6% on Advanced
Most advice about Sales Navigator pricing says the same thing: pay yearly and save 25%. That is true on Core and wrong on Advanced, and the gap is large enough to change a decision.
Core billed monthly comes to US$1,439.88 over twelve months. The annual price is US$1,079.88. You keep US$360.
Advanced billed monthly comes to US$1,919.88 over twelve months. The annual price is US$1,799.88. You keep US$120.
LinkedIn labels these savings 25% and 6% on the same page, so the asymmetry is published rather than inferred. The practical consequence: committing to a year of Advanced buys you very little discount, and if you are unsure whether the plan suits you, the monthly option costs about ten dollars a month more to keep your exit open.
Advanced Plus is quoted, not priced
LinkedIn’s compare plans page gives no number for Advanced Plus. It says the cost is customized based on your sales team’s size, and points you at a conversation instead of a checkout.
You will find specific Advanced Plus figures quoted around the web. Treat every one of them as a deal somebody else was offered at a size and term you cannot see. It is not a rate you can hold LinkedIn to.
Every plan carries 50 InMail credits, and Sales Navigator already includes Premium Business
All three plans include 50 InMail credits a month. That number does not increase as you move up the tiers, so paying more does not buy more InMail.
LinkedIn also states plainly that a Sales Navigator subscription includes access to Premium Business features. If you are already paying for Premium Business and considering adding Sales Navigator, you are looking at a replacement rather than an addition. LinkedIn puts Premium Business at 15 InMail credits a month against Sales Navigator’s 50, and says Sales Navigator generally costs more.
What the higher tier actually buys is team machinery. Advanced adds team seat management, advanced CRM integrations, and lead and contact creation on top of everything in Core. If you are one person, the US$40 a month between Core and Advanced buys you features that need a team to use.
Published prices disagree with each other, so check the source
Compare a few articles on this question and you will find Core quoted at both US$119.99 and US$99.99, and Advanced quoted at US$149.00, US$159.99 and US$179.99. They cannot all be right.
Pricing pages go stale, and an article dated this year may still carry last year’s figures. The fix is not to find a better article. It is to open LinkedIn’s own compare plans page, which is the page that changes when the price changes, and read the number there. That is what the steps below do.
The free trial has a rule most people miss
LinkedIn offers a free trial on Core and Advanced. The eligibility rule is the part that catches people out: you must be a LinkedIn member who is not currently on a paid subscription, and you must not have used a trial in the past 365 days.
A trial you took eleven months ago still blocks you. If you are planning to trial Sales Navigator before a hiring push or a quarter of outbound, that 365-day clock is worth checking before you build a plan around it.
LinkedIn’s compare plans page does not state how long the trial runs. Read the length at signup rather than trusting a figure from an article, for the same reason the prices above disagree.
What to settle before you pay
Two questions decide most of this. Are you buying for one person or a team, because that is the real line between Core and Advanced rather than the price. And are you committing for a year, because the answer is worth US$360 on Core and only US$120 on Advanced.
It is also worth checking whether the rest of your tooling actually requires the subscription. Not all of it does: Doreach builds a campaign audience from LinkedIn’s standard search filters, so a Sales Navigator subscription is not needed to run outreach in it.
Open LinkedIn’s compare plans page, set it to your currency, and read today’s number before you commit to a year of anything.
