Meet Alfred’s cheapest plan costs $59 a month, or $35 a month if you pay for a year up front. That plan runs LinkedIn outreach for one person. Email steps, Sales Navigator and sequences that switch between channels all sit on the next plan up, Business, at $99 a month.
So the first thing to settle with Meet Alfred is not the price of the entry plan. It is which channels you need, and how many people will run outreach, because each person is a separate seat.
The short version
Choose Meet Alfred if you run LinkedIn outreach on your own, you want X steps or social post scheduling in the same tool, and you are happy to pay for a year up front. On annual billing its Individual plan is one of the cheapest cloud LinkedIn tools.
Consider something else if you need email beside LinkedIn without paying $99 a month, you reach buyers on Instagram or WhatsApp, or several people on your team will run outreach and you do not want to pay for each of them.
We build Doreach, which competes with Meet Alfred for some of the same buyers. Every price, limit and feature below was checked against Meet Alfred’s own pricing page and help center on 13 October 2026.
Meet Alfred pricing
Meet Alfred sells three plans you can sign up for yourself, plus a custom Unlimited plan for larger rollouts. Every plan is priced per user, and the pricing page describes one seat as one person with one LinkedIn account. The page opens on annual billing, so the first prices you see are the lowest.
| Plan | Monthly billing | Quarterly (20% off) | Annual (40% off) | Minimum users |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Individual | $59 per user a month | $47 per user a month | $35 per user a month | 1 |
| Business | $99 per user a month | $79 per user a month | $59 per user a month | 1 |
| Teams | $79 per user a month | $63 per user a month | $47 per user a month | 3 |
| Unlimited | Custom quote from sales | Not stated | ||
Teams costs less per user than Business, but you pay for at least three users. On monthly billing, the smallest Teams bill is $237 a month. Two people on Business pay $198.
The free trial needs no credit card. Neither the pricing page nor the homepage states how long it lasts.
What we would tell you not to do. Do not buy the annual plan before you have tested the exact plan you will use. Meet Alfred’s refund policy says plainly that it does not refund a subscription once you upgrade. Cancelling before the renewal date stops the next charge, and you keep the service until the end of the term you paid for. On annual Business, that term is $713 paid up front.
What each plan includes
The Individual plan is LinkedIn only. It includes campaigns with unlimited steps, more than one campaign running at a time, the LinkedIn inbox, a CRM with tags and notes, automated birthday and new-role greetings, and 1,000 results a month from Meet Alfred’s Lead Finder, which searches LinkedIn for you.
Meet Alfred’s pricing table marks these as missing on Individual:
- Email steps and multi-channel sequences
- Sales Navigator, InMail automation and the Sales Navigator inbox
- Campaigns built from LinkedIn groups, events, posts, newsletters, company pages or a CSV file
- Lead import and export
- Unlimited campaigns
- Zapier, webhooks and attachments
Business adds all of those, raises Lead Finder to 5,000 results, and adds social post scheduling. Teams adds what a group needs: managing several users, roles and permissions, a shared inbox, team analytics, white labeling, and the native HubSpot and Salesforce integrations. Business connects to CRMs through Zapier and webhooks only.
In practice, most outreach teams that want email or Sales Navigator will be on Business or Teams, not on the $35 plan the page opens with.
Meet Alfred covers LinkedIn, email and X
Meet Alfred’s help center lists three channels that can be steps in a sequence. LinkedIn steps send connection requests, messages and InMails. Email steps send from a mailbox you connect under Settings, using Gmail, Outlook or SMTP. X steps send direct messages or follow people.
Facebook and Instagram appear on Meet Alfred’s integration list, but they do something different. The help article for connecting them describes scheduling and publishing posts, and it requires an Instagram business or professional account. It does not describe sending direct messages. WhatsApp does not appear on Meet Alfred’s integration list.
Meet Alfred also has features outside outreach. It can schedule posts to LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and X from one calendar, and it offers AI help with personalizing messages. If you want posting and outreach in one subscription, that combination is less common in this category.
On account safety, Meet Alfred says its campaigns use randomized delays and stay within LinkedIn’s limits by default. Its pricing page and homepage do not publish the daily or weekly numbers it uses.
What users say
Meet Alfred holds a 4.4 TrustScore on Trustpilot across 938 reviews, as of 13 October 2026. Of those reviews, 87% are five stars and 4% are one star.
The low ratings visible on that page mostly concern support: slow replies and escalations that took weeks. One reviewer could not connect an account, and one was refused a refund after the service did not work for them. Those are a small share of the total, and they match the refund policy described above.
How the same setup works in Doreach
Doreach is a multi-channel outreach platform. One subscription at $45 a month, or $432 a year, gives you LinkedIn, email, Instagram and WhatsApp, and you can connect one account on each straight away. There is no plan to upgrade to for email or for sequences that switch channels. Extra sending accounts are add-ons: $45 a month for another LinkedIn account and $9 a month for another mailbox. How account and mailbox billing works has the current prices.
People are not what you pay for. You can invite as many team members as you like for free, as Owners, Admins or Members, and keep each client in its own workspace. Teams and workspaces explains how agencies set that up.
The limits are visible before anything sends. Open Outreach accounts, choose an account’s action menu, then Limits. A new LinkedIn account starts at 80 connection requests a week, a daily range of 8 to 15, and a random wait of 5 to 30 minutes between actions. A mailbox starts at 30 emails a day. You can lower or raise each one, and the limit applies across every campaign using that account. Limits and pacing holds the current defaults.
In a campaign you can put a LinkedIn step, an email step and an Instagram or WhatsApp step in one sequence. Instagram here means direct messages to the people you are reaching, not post scheduling. Multi-channel outreach shows one campaign moving a prospect between channels. Every reply lands in the unified inbox, and the sequence stops for anyone who replies unless you turn that off for the campaign.
Doreach does not schedule social posts, does not offer white labeling, and does not write your messages with AI. If those matter to you, Meet Alfred has them and Doreach does not.
What each setup costs
Both tools publish their prices, so the fair comparison is three real setups. Doreach figures for extra accounts are on monthly billing.
| Setup | Meet Alfred | Doreach |
|---|---|---|
| One person, LinkedIn only | Individual: $59 a month, or $425 a year | Subscription: $45 a month, or $432 a year |
| One person, LinkedIn and email | Business: $99 a month, or $713 a year | Subscription: $45 a month, or $432 a year |
| Three reps, each with one LinkedIn account and one mailbox | Teams, 3 users: $237 a month, or $1,707 a year | Subscription plus 2 extra LinkedIn accounts and 2 extra mailboxes: $153 a month |
For one person on LinkedIn alone and paying annually, Meet Alfred is $7 a year cheaper. On monthly billing, Doreach is $14 a month cheaper.
Once email joins the sequence, the gap widens. On monthly billing, Meet Alfred’s Business plan costs more than twice the Doreach subscription, which already includes a mailbox. For the three reps, Meet Alfred charges per person, and Doreach charges only for the accounts that send.
Where Meet Alfred falls short
Email costs a plan upgrade. The $35 entry price covers LinkedIn only. LinkedIn and email together start at $59 a month on annual billing or $99 month to month.
Every person is a seat. A manager who only reads replies, or an assistant who updates the CRM, needs a paid user on Teams.
No refunds after upgrading. The policy is stated in its help center. Pair it with annual billing and a wrong plan choice lasts a year.
Instagram and WhatsApp are not outreach channels. Instagram is supported for publishing posts, and WhatsApp is not listed.
Verdict
Meet Alfred is a cloud LinkedIn tool that has grown into email, X and social posting. For one person doing LinkedIn outreach on annual billing, $35 a month is a low price, and post scheduling in the same tool is a real extra.
Meet Alfred is a weaker fit when outreach needs email from the start, when several people need access, or when your buyers answer on Instagram or WhatsApp. Each of those moves you up a plan or out of the tool.
Before you choose, write down the channels your buyers reply on and the number of people who will touch your outreach. If the answers are LinkedIn and one, test Meet Alfred’s Individual plan on its trial. If either answer is bigger, start a 7-day Doreach trial with no credit card, connect your first account, and build one campaign with a LinkedIn step and an email step.
