Instantly Review 2026: Pricing, Plans and Which Channels It Covers

Instantly is a cold email platform with three self-serve Outreach plans from $47 to $358 a month, each capped by monthly emails and uploaded contacts, with unlimited mailboxes and warm-up. Its lead database and AI agents run on a separate credits subscription. This review covers pricing, the 14-day trial, what each plan unlocks, and how LinkedIn, Instagram and WhatsApp fit in.

Doreach cover for Instantly Review 2026

Instantly’s cheapest cold email plan costs $47 a month. It sends 5,000 emails a month to 1,000 uploaded contacts, and it lets you connect and warm up as many mailboxes as you like. On that plan, Instantly’s unified inbox shows you replies but does not let you answer them from inside it. Replying from the inbox starts on the $97 plan.

So two questions decide what Instantly will cost you. How many emails will you send each month, and where do you want to handle replies? A third question decides whether Instantly is enough on its own: which channels do your buyers answer on?

The short version

Choose Instantly if your outreach is cold email, you send thousands of emails a month across many mailboxes, and you want warm-up, mailbox buying and a B2B lead database from the same company.

Consider something else if your sequences need LinkedIn steps that run on their own, your buyers answer on Instagram or WhatsApp, or you want one price that covers sending, replying and every channel.

We build Doreach, which competes with Instantly for some of the same buyers. Every price, limit and feature below was read from Instantly’s own pricing page and help center on 20 October 2026.

Instantly pricing

Instantly sells two things separately. Outreach is the cold email product: mailboxes, warm-up, campaigns and the inbox. Instantly Credits pays for the lead database, enrichment and the AI agents. You can buy either one alone, or both together as a bundle.

The Outreach plans are the part most buyers compare. Each one includes unlimited mailboxes and unlimited warm-up, and each one is capped by two counters: emails sent per month and contacts uploaded.

Outreach plan Monthly billing Yearly billing Emails a month Uploaded contacts Reply from the Unibox
Growth $47 a month $37.60 a month 5,000 1,000 No, preview only
Hypergrowth $97 a month $77.60 a month 125,000 25,000 Yes
Light Speed $358 a month $286.30 a month 500,000 100,000 Yes
Enterprise Custom Custom 500,000 or more 100,000 or more Yes

One figure on the pricing page disagrees with itself. The Hypergrowth plan card and Instantly’s plans help article both say 125,000 emails a month, while the feature comparison table lower on the same page says 100,000. If your volume sits between the two, ask Instantly which one applies before you buy.

Instantly does not charge overage. When you pass a plan’s emails or contacts, you move up a plan. Above Hypergrowth, an Outreach add-on at $87 a month adds another 125,000 emails and 25,000 contacts.

Instantly Credits starts at $47 a month for 1,500 to 2,000 credits, then $97 for Supersonic and from $197 for Hyper Credits. Credits run SuperSearch, Instantly’s database of more than 450 million B2B contacts, plus enrichment and the AI agents. Instantly lists an AI Reply Agent at 5 credits per reply it writes, and unused credits expire two months after purchase on monthly plans.

The free trial lasts 14 days with no credit card. Instantly’s pricing page lists 250 uploaded contacts and 1,000 emails for the trial, and its help center adds 100 credits.

What each Instantly plan unlocks

The jump from Growth to Hypergrowth is about more than volume. Instantly’s own feature list puts several everyday tools on Hypergrowth and above: full replies from the Unibox, custom reply labels, native webhooks, and A/Z testing with up to 26 variants instead of the basic version.

The Unibox gap matters most for a small team. On Growth you can see replies in Instantly, but you answer them from each mailbox’s own email client. A founder with three mailboxes can live with that. An agency handling replies for clients will likely need Hypergrowth from the start, so $97 is the realistic entry price for that team.

Light Speed adds SISR, Instantly’s system for sending from dedicated servers and IP addresses that it rotates for you. Teams sending hundreds of thousands of emails a month care about that. Most teams sending a few thousand do not.

Instantly also sells mailboxes. Its pricing page lists domains at $15 a year, done-for-you Google mailboxes at $5 a month and pre-warmed Google mailboxes at $10 a month. Those mailboxes pause if you stop paying for an Outreach plan.

What we would tell you not to do. Do not buy a credits plan in the same week as your first Outreach plan because the bundle looks convenient. Credits pay for finding and enriching contacts. If you already have a list, or you build lists from LinkedIn, you would be paying for a database you are not using, and unused monthly credits expire after two months. Send your first campaign, then decide whether you need the data.

Instantly is an email tool first

Instantly’s campaign builder is a sequence of email steps, each with a delay. You can add as many follow-ups as you want, and Instantly’s own setup guide recommends three or four for most cold campaigns. Campaigns send from all the mailboxes you select, on a schedule you set.

LinkedIn works differently. Instantly’s outreach page advertises email and LinkedIn sequences, and its help center shows how that works: an automation adds a lead to a campaign in a separate LinkedIn tool, such as Aimfox, HeyReach or Valley, when something happens in Instantly. The lead needs a LinkedIn URL, and you pay for the LinkedIn tool on its own.

Calling and SMS sit in Instantly’s CRM, which its help center lists as an add-on to the Outreach plans. Instagram and WhatsApp do not appear on Instantly’s pricing page or channel list.

Inside email, Instantly covers a lot in one place. Warm-up for every mailbox, mailbox and domain buying, an inbox placement test, the lead database and AI reply handling are all sold by the same company. If email is your only channel, that is a deep set of tools.

How the same setup works in Doreach

Doreach is a multi-channel outreach platform. One subscription at $45 a month gives you LinkedIn, email, Instagram and WhatsApp, and you can connect a LinkedIn account, a mailbox, an Instagram account and a WhatsApp account straight away. Extra sending accounts are add-ons on any channel: $45 a month for another LinkedIn account and $9 a month for another mailbox. How account and mailbox billing works has the current prices.

Doreach does not cap your plan by emails sent or contacts uploaded. The limit sits on each mailbox instead. A new mailbox starts at 30 emails a day with a random gap of 3 to 15 minutes between emails, and you can set it anywhere from 1 to 200 a day. Limits and pacing holds the current defaults for every channel.

In a campaign, you add an email step, a LinkedIn step and, if your buyers use them, an Instagram or WhatsApp step, each with its own delay. Before you launch, each step shows how many of your contacts it can reach, so you can see, for example, that the LinkedIn step covers all 200 people while the email step reaches 140. Multi-channel outreach shows one campaign moving a prospect between channels.

Connect several mailboxes and Doreach spreads the campaign across them with inbox rotation, and each prospect keeps hearing from the same mailbox. Multiple sender accounts explains how that works on each channel.

Every reply, from email, LinkedIn, Instagram or WhatsApp, lands in the unified inbox, and you answer it there. The sequence stops for anyone who replies, unless you turn that off for the campaign.

You send from Gmail, Outlook or any SMTP/IMAP mailbox you already own. Doreach does not sell mailboxes, domains or contact data. If you want to buy mailboxes and B2B contacts from the same company that sends your email, Instantly does both.

What each setup costs

The two tools charge for different things, so the fair comparison is three real teams. Prices are on monthly billing and leave out the mailboxes themselves, which you pay Google or Microsoft for with either tool.

Team Instantly Doreach
Founder, email only, 3 mailboxes, under 5,000 emails a month Growth, $47 a month, replies answered outside Instantly Subscription plus 2 extra mailboxes, $63 a month
Email only, 20 mailboxes, up to 100,000 emails a month Hypergrowth, $97 a month Subscription plus 19 extra mailboxes, $216 a month
Three reps, each with one LinkedIn account and two mailboxes Hypergrowth, $97 a month, plus a separate LinkedIn tool for three accounts Subscription plus 2 extra LinkedIn accounts and 5 extra mailboxes, $180 a month

For the twenty-mailbox team, Instantly costs less. Paying per mailbox adds up at that size, and Instantly includes warm-up in the price.

For the founder, Instantly is $16 a month cheaper, and the difference is where you answer replies. On Growth you reply from each mailbox separately; on Doreach every reply is in one inbox.

For the three reps, the Instantly figure is incomplete. Their LinkedIn outreach needs a second product, priced per LinkedIn account, and their replies arrive in two places. The Doreach figure covers both channels, and team members are free.

Where Instantly falls short

LinkedIn is not a native step. Automated LinkedIn outreach needs a separate LinkedIn tool, connected through an automation, with its own subscription.

The entry plan does not let you reply from the inbox. A team that wants to handle replies in one place starts at $97, not $47.

Lead data is a second subscription. The database and AI agents that appear across Instantly’s homepage are paid for with credits, on top of the Outreach plan.

Instagram and WhatsApp are not covered. If your buyers answer there, those conversations happen outside Instantly.

Verdict

Instantly is a cold email platform priced for volume. At $97 a month for up to 125,000 emails, warm-up included and unlimited mailboxes, its cost per email is low, and it sells the mailboxes and the contact data too.

Instantly is a weaker fit when outreach runs on more than email. LinkedIn needs a second tool, Instagram and WhatsApp are not there, and the cheapest plan leaves reply handling in your separate mailboxes.

Before you choose, write down three things: the emails you will send each month, whether you already have your contact list, and the channels your buyers actually reply on. If the channels list says only email, price Instantly’s Outreach plans against the first number. If it says more than email, start a 7-day Doreach trial, connect your first account, and build one campaign with a LinkedIn step and an email step to see who each step can reach.

Frequently asked questions

How much does Instantly cost?

As of 20 October 2026, Instantly's Outreach plans cost $47 a month for Growth, $97 for Hypergrowth and $358 for Light Speed on monthly billing, with Enterprise priced on request. Yearly billing takes about 20% off, so Growth is $37.60 a month. Lead data and AI agents are billed separately through Instantly Credits, which start at $47 a month.

Does Instantly have a free plan or free trial?

Instantly has no permanent free Outreach plan. It offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. As of 20 October 2026, the trial includes 250 uploaded contacts and 1,000 emails, and 100 Instantly Credits for the lead database and AI features.

What is the difference between Instantly Outreach and Instantly Credits?

Instantly Outreach is the cold email subscription: it covers connecting and warming mailboxes, uploading contacts and sending campaigns, priced by monthly emails and uploaded contacts. Instantly Credits is a separate subscription that pays for the SuperSearch lead database, enrichment and the AI agents, priced by credits used. You can buy either one alone or both as a bundle.

Can Instantly send LinkedIn messages?

Not as a native campaign step. Instantly's campaign steps are emails. Its help center documents automations that add a lead to a campaign in a separate LinkedIn tool, such as Aimfox, HeyReach or Valley, and the lead must have a LinkedIn URL. Automated LinkedIn outreach therefore needs a second subscription.

What is the difference between Instantly and Doreach?

Instantly is a cold email platform priced by monthly emails and uploaded contacts, with unlimited mailboxes, built-in warm-up and an optional lead database on a separate credits plan. Doreach is a multi-channel outreach platform: one $45 a month subscription gives you LinkedIn, email, Instagram and WhatsApp in the same campaign and inbox, with extra sending accounts as add-ons, such as $9 a month per extra mailbox.
