Prompting for outreach is not about asking AI to write a message immediately. The best prompts first ask the model to understand context, constraints, and relevance.
Give the AI a Role
Tell it whether it is acting as a sales researcher, founder, SDR, or revenue strategist. The role changes what it pays attention to.
Define the Buyer
Include role, company type, pain point, and campaign goal. Without these details, the output will drift toward generic copy.
Ask for Evidence
Require the model to explain why an angle is relevant. If it cannot justify the angle, the message probably should not be sent.
