Work down this list. It is ordered by how often each turns out to be the cause.

## 1. The campaign is still a draft

A campaign has to be explicitly launched. Check the status badge. **Draft** means nothing will send, so launch it.

## 2. It is outside working hours

Campaigns act only inside the sending account's [working hours and active days](/help/campaigns/scheduling-and-send-windows/). If the account is set to 9am–6pm weekdays in a timezone you forgot to change, nothing happens outside that. Check the account's timezone, not yours.

## 3. The limit is already spent

Check **Accounts → [account]**. If the daily cap is used, the campaign resumes tomorrow. If the account has spent its weekly allowance for that action type, it resumes when the week resets on Monday in the account's timezone. Both are normal and not a fault.

## 4. The account is disconnected or needs attention

Any status other than Active or Warming up pauses sending. See [account statuses](/help/accounts-and-safety/account-health-and-statuses/).

## 5. Every prospect is excluded

Open the campaign's prospect list and look at how many prospects are still in a sendable state. Prospects already contacted, already connected, or finished with the sequence will not receive anything further.

## 6. The audience is empty

Search-based campaigns can return nothing if the search URL expired or the filters are contradictory. Open the audience step and confirm it still resolves to prospects.

## 7. It is waiting on a step

If step one is a connection request and nobody has accepted yet, later message steps have nothing to act on. This looks like inactivity but is the sequence working correctly. Check the step-level breakdown.

## 8. Billing is past due

Past due pauses execution. **Settings → Billing** will say so.

If none of these explain it, [send us the campaign name](/contact/) and we will look at the execution log directly.

## Common questions

### Why is my LinkedIn campaign not sending any messages?

The most common causes are the campaign still being in draft, the sending account being disconnected or outside its working hours, the daily cap already being spent, or the account having used its weekly allowance for that action type.
