> Move prospects through stages, keep the CRM layer current, and get analytics that reflect real pipeline rather than message volume.

Every prospect carries a stage. Stages drive your reporting, so their accuracy determines whether your analytics mean anything.

## The stages

| Stage | When |
|---|---|
| **New** | In a campaign, not yet contacted |
| **Contacted** | First step sent |
| **Connected** | Connection request accepted |
| **Replied** | They responded |
| **Qualified** | Real fit, worth pursuing |
| **Booked** | Meeting scheduled |
| **Customer** | Closed |
| **Disqualified** | Not a fit |
| **Nurture** | Not now, revisit later |

New, Contacted, Connected and Replied are set automatically. The rest are yours to set, because only you know what happened in the conversation.

## Why it matters

Campaign analytics are built on stages. A campaign showing 40 replies and 0 booked either is not working, or nobody updated the stage. The reporting cannot tell the difference.

The habit worth building: set the stage in the same moment you reply. It takes a second then and is guesswork a week later.

## The prospect record

Each prospect holds profile details, source campaign, full cross-channel history, stage, owner, tags, notes and next step with a date.

## Tags

Tags cut across stages: `enterprise`, `uk`, `competitor-user`, `warm-intro`. Filter by them in Prospects and in reporting to see which segments actually convert, which is usually more useful than the campaign-level average.

## Getting data out

Export prospects, stages and conversation history to CSV from **Prospects → Export**. There is no live CRM sync today, so if you run a CRM alongside Doreach, treat the export as a periodic hand-off rather than a two-way integration.

## Common questions

### Does Doreach include a CRM?

It includes a light CRM layer (stages, tags, owners, notes and next steps against each prospect) which is enough to run outreach end to end. For full deal management, export prospects, stages and conversation history to CSV and import them into your CRM.

### Can I export prospects and conversations from Doreach?

Yes. Prospects, stages and conversation history export to CSV from the Prospects view, and webhooks can push events into another system in real time.
