Everything billing lives under **Settings → Billing**, available to Owners and Admins.

## Invoices

Each invoice shows the period, the number of connected accounts charged, any proration, and the total. Download a PDF from the list. Invoices are emailed to the billing contact automatically when charged.

## Payment method

We accept major credit and debit cards through Stripe. Update the card from **Settings → Billing → Payment method**. Card details are handled by Stripe and never stored by Doreach.

If a payment fails, we retry over several days and email you each time. Your account moves to **Past due** and campaigns pause until it clears, but no data is deleted.

## Billing details

Add company name, address and tax or VAT number under **Billing details**. These appear on all future invoices. Add them before your first charge if you need them for reclaim, because issued invoices cannot be edited afterwards.

## Billing contact

By default this is the workspace Owner. Change it to a finance address under **Billing details** if invoices should go somewhere else. The billing contact receives invoices and payment failure notices; it does not need to be a Doreach user.

## Larger volumes

For accounts at higher volumes we can arrange invoicing with payment terms or wire transfer instead of card. [Get in touch](/contact/) if that suits your finance process better.

## Common questions

### Where do I find my Doreach invoices?

Under Settings → Billing. Every invoice is listed with a PDF download, and each one is also emailed to the billing contact when it is charged.

### Can I add a VAT or company registration number to my Doreach invoices?

Yes. Add your company name, address and tax ID under Settings → Billing → Billing details. They appear on all future invoices; existing invoices cannot be edited after issue.
